Wedding Bells Ringing!

Hurray for Shane and Shaylee! Getting married this weekend in the Manti temple! I'm excited to have family here we haven't seen in a while. It will be a blast! Everyone gets in on wed, and leaves on sunday, so we will party down!
On a diffrent topic, we are excited to be in our new house, and everything is coming together nicely. Really, just the garage and closets left to organize... since im such a freak about organized closets! I can't stand clutter! That is a good thing right??
I also saw my fertility doc today, and he said everything is clear to start the process for IVF next month! Yay! That means I'll be pregnant by christmas if everything goes as planned! Cross your fingers everybody!
Also... My cousin Mark and his wife Lorene had their baby boy today! He is so cute! 7 lbs 3 oz, and 19 inches! absolutly adorable!
Wow, is it me or did this seem like a lot of random events, forming a runon sentence?

Stars

A couple of days ago was the Perseid Meteor shower. I of course loving to watch the stars, went out at 2:30 in the morning (convieniently letting the dog out..) to see it. We live in an area that doesn't have city lights, and there were no street lights to impeede my viewing, and I saw two shooting stars within five minutes! Oh it was amazing!
When I was growing up my parents would let us stay up lateduring the meteor shower and watch for shooting stars. When Matt was growing up he did the same thing with his grandpa! Anyways, my point of this is... The stars are amazing!

Thankfull

As you may know, Matt and I are going to be transfered back to Utah. What you may not know is how it happened. Here is our story.

Since we started dating, we always put our trust in the Lord, and followed his promptings. Every decision that we make, big or small, we go to our heavenly Father in prayer, and asked for his guidance in knowing what decisions to make. When Matt was getting out of the Army eight and a half years ago, we decided to move to Arizona. We had family and friends there, and they were willing to help us. We prayed about it, and the answer came that we were to go to Maryland. At the time, we were thinking, "what the heck? WHY would we do that?" But we didn't question it, and just did. In doing so, we were blessed to have a series of events happen, that led to my husband working for the government, in a job he loved. Without us following the spirit's promptings, we wouldn't be where we are today.
About a year ago, Matt applied for a job working in the Department of Justice. After an extensive interview process, he was offered two jobs. One in Salt Lake, as a GS7, and the other in Sacramento as a GS12. After fasting and praying, we were prompted to take the job in Sacramento, CA. It wasnt what we wanted to do, we wanted to stay in Utah with both our families, and friends. But we put our trust in the lord, and went, not knowing when we would be back. We knew that after a year of being here we could get put in to be transfered back, but we would still be gone for about a year and a half. Matt has worked hard, and opportunities arose though prayer, that have lead him to be transfered to a position in Salt lake City, as a GS13, and doing what he loves doing.
We are so gratefull to our heavenly Father who loves us and continues to bless our lives each day. We are thankfull to him for guiding us to become the people we are today. We are so gratefull to be members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and for the blessings the gospel gives us. We know that the lord truly has a plan for each of us, and we will be blessed for following his guidance.
